Resolution Capitol Management has completed the acquisition of a 32,500 SF flex industrial property located at 270 Route 46 East in Rockaway, New Jersey. The property spans nearly six acres and includes a mix of office and industrial space serving a diverse tenant base, including NAPA Auto Parts, Imperial Floors, and Allan Industries.  Resolution Capitol Management will actively manage the property while supporting the continued operations and growth of its tenants.
