Resolution Capitol Management, is proud to announce it has received building permit approvals for its newest multifamily development, The Billy. Positioned in the heart of Downtown Annapolis at 91-93 Main St, this project aims to meet the growing demand for boutique housing in the area.

The project also includes a reimagined ground-floor retail storefront just steps from Ego Alley, adding vibrancy to one of Annapolis’ most iconic streets. Residents will enjoy luxury finishes, modern amenities, and access to reserved parking secured through a partnership with a local parking operator.
