Coming Soon: The Billy – A Boutique Mixed-Use Development in Downtown Annapolis

Resolution Capitol Management, is proud to announce it has received building permit approvals for its newest multifamily development, The Billy. Positioned in the heart of Downtown Annapolis at 91-93 Main St, this project aims to meet the growing demand for boutique housing in the area.

 

Once completed, The Billy will deliver 10 carefully designed residential units featuring breathtaking views of the waterfront complimented by private balconies. Unit mix includes 4 one-bedrooms, 2 studios, 2 two-bedrooms, and 2 two-bedroom Penthouses. The project also includes a reimagined ground-floor retail storefront just steps from Ego Alley, adding vibrancy to one of Annapolis’ most iconic streets. Residents will enjoy luxury finishes, modern amenities, and access to reserved parking secured through a partnership with a local parking operator.
