Property Accountant
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to help manage day-to-day accounting functions across our property management and construction operations. You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate records and supporting financial reporting. As Property Accountant, you will assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions related to the firm both on the property management and construction teams. This role supports the accounting team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with property-level financial reporting.
Property Manager
We’re seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations across a dynamic Mid-Atlantic portfolio, including office, multifamily, retail, and industrial assets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining performance and supporting new business opportunities. While the company is a startup in nature, we are anchored by seasoned real estate professionals with decades of experience and a deep network within the region. This is a unique opportunity for a Property Manager to join a collaborative team & have an impact on the organization on day one with the flexibility to make this position their own.
