Maria Noskova serves as Senior Property Manager for the entire portfolio at Resolution Capitol Management including residential, office, and industrial assets.

Having graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management, Maria found a deep passion for property operations. Prior to joining RCM, Maria managed over 500,000 square feet of office and retail space in Northern Virginia. She provided an array of services such as lease administration, vendor and contract management, capital projects, tenant improvements supervision, as well as daily maintenance and upkeep facilitation. Maria took care of all accounting aspects of managing her buildings and was fully responsible for overall sound property operations.

Maria’s skillset is very diverse. Apart from managing the assets, she also serves as a company’s Notary Public, is fluent in Russian, Spanish, and Farsi, and holds a LEED Green Associate designation. In one word, Maria brings a profound knowledge of property management skills and a little more to Resolution Capitol Management team to help achieve both company’s strategic and functional goals.
